Charge had a very diverse and chatty team who made some amazing products which were very impressive . I tasted their stand out locally made cheese crackers ,cinnamon crackers , cherry fruit cheese and Jamoon wine ! These were their stand out products and their packaging was excellent. They demonstrated their knowledge and awareness of the HACCP principles and wore hair nets which no other team did.
San -Lo-Mar-La's distinguished themselves by making coconut and garlic flavored virgin oil ,coconut butter which can be used to bake and as a glaze when cooking. They also made coconut flour and flakes. They were the only group to use coconut and they also made similar products to some of the other teams such as golden apple and mango atchar, chicken ham and salted beef, pepper sauce, preserved fish.above are some of the samples of the atchar ,brown sauce ,meat and chutney for viewing and tasting.
Quality PRO's were professionally dressed in all black and white and made eggplant seasoning powder, eggplant atchar ,pumpkin relish and jamoon ice cream ! They also made mago atchar, pickled beef, preserved meat and fish as well as jams .Unfortunately I couldn't taste the eggplant atchar because I am allergic to it but I was able to have a sample of the jamoon ice cream which was excellent!
