Team Taste of Nature was also another team that had a wide range of products that were unique such as ginger tea which was very aromatic and was flavorful (EPIC) .However the product fell down a bit with the packaging .Cling film was used to hold the box together this method of packaging could have been improved significantly had more time been taken with the packaging of this product because the quality of the packaging for the rest of the product was of a really good standard. The group made cucumber relish which has a 3 month shelf life. Ginger seasoning ,carimbola prunes,vanilla ice cream,candied mango and salted trout seasoned with sugar and pepper.The packaging of the rest of the products was of a high standard. Additionally they also made Pineapple and mango jam,carimbola atchar,pineapple syrup and green seasoning.
